I'm 27yrs old n very rarely go for sex n after more than 4months yesterday I had sex. Donno what was that how I'm feeling n how my body is behaving while having sex. didn't even get it hard n semen leaked just with a touch of her. I used to do exercises 4 to 5 days a week for 1hr everyday along with healthy food. I used to watch porn. I just wanted to know where is the problem n how to overcome it?

So you just randomly have sex with people you aren't married to?

I'm not a doctor or a therapist, but it sounds like basic porn induced ED and PE. I'm new here myself, there are many people here who understand the issues much more then I do. Step one is absolutely cutting out the porn.
    Good Luck!

I am not sure how much my opinion would help but my boyfriend sometimes had something similar, could it be pre-cum?

It is a sign of PIED but not sure. You should see a doctor for that. Please don't feel shy about these matters and visit a doctor. They are called doctors for a reason. although I've seen a lot of people here who have managed to overcome this condition by going on a hard mode. Have you ever been on a hard mode? How long?
