[Question] Failsafe PMO Counter

    Hi Folks,

    I think it is really a perfect tool to track your PMO free days but how does one not cheat / FAP while the counter is still running? Is this a matter of the will for someone to be honest to themselves Or does this forum has a auto reset option as soon as a user is logged in and clicked the panic button?

    I was just thinking about this :)
    Thanks everyone for the great support already for it is my first day on this forum and the start of a long long journey PMO Free!!!

    Hello there.

    I guess the matter of the counter being accurate is all about being honest with yourself when you relapse (or are about to). It works differently for everyone but you can write some rules about what is a relapse and requires to reset your counter.
