    Feeling paranoid is awful. I really suggest you to talk to your friends about this matter. You want to make peace with this, don't let this bother you anymore.

    Thanks for sharing your experience, I appreciate it, and I also appreciate your efforts to deal with the situation. You're quite a strong guy I see to confront your problem like that and opting for counselling. I would have suggested you exactly the same. And know that you are not "fragile", you've proved it by CHOOSING to confront your issues and resolving them in order to lead a normal life. JUST PE POSITIVE PAL!
