Psychological Exercises for ED

  1. Anyone know of any mental exercises you could work on? My girlfriend broke up with me six months ago and I believe it's been a major factor in my ED. Any way to get this stuff out of my head?

    It doesn't help that she was 16 years my JR and smoking hot....

    I wish. Right now I try:
    1. to never think about my fetishes
    2. instead I try to imagine myself penetrating a woman (POV) everytime i get horny...so I try to make the connection in my head. (so far this is not a danger for me to relaps)

    You could try self hypnosis but I think just rebooting is probably the best mental exercise.

    I normally try respecting women a lot more in my head. I try taking myself on imaginary dates and then imaginary conversation practices and imaginary driving on country sides then romantic sex. I try fantasizing a wife and home and family and sex and penetration with my beautiful respectable wife. But i dont touch or O. I try to bring out my drive and hunger for happiness and a life of my dream. These imaginations and planning really helps and lifts your mood when you go out and talk to women. It will show in your eyes. And women will feel whats at the back of your head. Good luck!
