Last week, I masturbated, and immediately after, I felt an urge to pee, but didn't have to. I immediately knew something was off. Throughout my life, when I've felt the urge to pee, I have had no issues.

I'm a porn addict. Maybe not an extreme case, but I do know I am addicted. I tend to masturbate everyday, taking a day off every now and again. I don't usually do two-a-days, but I've been telling myself to take more days off, and I almost always cave in. The fact that I HAVE to do it, lets me know I have a problem.

Once again, after that episode last week, I went from having an urge to pee and not being able to pee, unless I REALLY had to pee - to peeing fairly frequently. Once again, nothing extreme in the frequency, but definitely noticeable. Also, I've masturbated a few times since then, and it feels a little weird. I can tell I'm not getting a full on erection, though I am getting one. Also, when I ejaculate, I can feel that my prostate isn't contracting, and ejaculation is noticeably weaker.

Can anyone relate, and what did you do?

Now there is a new wrinkle.

I had no problems getting erect, but I suddenly have ID.

You might want to go to the doctor and get a rectal exam.

  8. Instead of prostate infection this could be due to muscle cramps

Hi, my symptoms are as follows:
    Mainly chronic ed.
    No morning wood. Never.
    Numb penis.
    Not libido.
My penis gets too tired when ejaculating (hours, days)
    Weak ejaculation
    Weak orgasm
    Semen Reduction
    Weak urine flow (?)
    - Ball / swelling between the anus and the scrotum (just above the anus) not always. but I think it increases; just like you say.
It's not to discourage you .. I've been practicing PMO abstinence and I do not see results ... sometimes I relapse to check my erections. That's how I've been for 5 years ...

  12. Have you seen a doctor for this? And how long have you been able to stop PMO?

I've been to two urologists. Back then, I did not have the symptoms of numbness or hard flacid. So that I did not tell them (everything else).
The first one did not pay me almost attention and said that everything is in my head. He gave me bluepill. (This helped me: At the physical level I had iron erections, but at the mental level, I did not have libido or much desire).
A couple of years later I went to another urologist. He found my situation strange and he did a complete hormonal test. Everything was good. He said he could not do more ... (He also gave me bluepill, only this time, not even that could make me have erections).
At the moment I thought to go again to another one (with the embarrassment that implies) but I have read as many cases as mine in which the doctors could not help them.

    - Real time without fap will be 3 weeks. Then maybe I relapse just to check my erections. But at the end of the day they are 90% days without fap and some other "test"

  14. Sorry, I hope it improves -- I have partly similar problems. We should probably try very hard not to do "routine testing" and see if we can abstain a really long time to see if that would help. And then ideally be stimulated by a real human as a test instead of computer content.

Yes, it's true, friend. And let's not lose contact.
For my part I will try ... I lose nothing. I just want to have wood in the morning again ...
I must clarify something: I'm not like those guys who have trouble stopping fap or stop watching pornography. I am the opposite; I do not want anything, I do not have libido and my penis feels numb. This is practically a good summary.

Maybe even despite all this time of abstinence, I'm still fucked psychologically? or is it something else?
Because if only pornography was the problem, at least I would have normal functioning of the penis.
    Respects.

  16. While nofap for 3 weeks is impressive, and much longer than I've ever done, maybe is just isn't enough to allow improvement to occur? The good news might be that improvement is still possible. By the way, what is your age (is you are comfortable saying)? Sensitivity and libido does naturally go down somewhat with age, so could that be part of it?

    Other ideas are:
~ healthy diet, exercise, sleep to improve overall health

    ~ Stretching, exercise, relaxation

    ~ hot baths (to relax)

~ libido: Get testosterone level checked? Avoid alcohol (especially beer), soy products, dairy products, artificial/processed foods, sugary foods, licorice. Ultimately also: a partner you are connected with

~ making sure the penile skin stays healthy - more comfortable underwear (less rubbing)? creams and moisturizers?
