Prostate cancer

    I started NoFap due to my lack of penis sensitivity.

    However after a full reboot I feel no different and have never had the urge to watch porn.

    This led me to look beyond porn addiction, I wake up every morning with a sharp pain in both my testicles and lower back. When I have sex I cannot feel it at all, without a condom that is. Maintaining an erection is not a problem as I can have sex for an infinite amount of time due to no physical penile stimulation at all.

    I have no physical lumps that could indiacate signs of cancer but these symptoms are quite alarming and worrying.

    Does anyone have any advice and should I see a doctor?

    Prostate cancer signs would be difficulty urinating, initiating flow and emptying bladder. Also frequent and urgent urination. It’s not likely at your age, but if you’re concerned see a doctor for a DRE.
