Problems with sleep

    Do people have problem with sleep when they go nofap?

    I relapsed after nofap for 20 days. During those 20 days I couldn't sleep more than 5 hours. Is it normal?

    Would people advise weaning vs cold turkey ?

    I would advise sorting out your sleep schedule:
    - Go to bed at same time every night
    - Wake up at same time everyday including weekend and even if you haven't slept much the night before.
    - Don't use any devices with blue light e.g. phone / computer etc at least 2 hours before going to bed.
    - wind down so that your relaxed before sleeping.
    - Do exercise in the day so that you feel tired at night. Don't exercise less than 3 hours before sleeping.
    - Have a diary nearby so that you can write any thoughts that are preventing you from sleeping

    I have similar issue to you whereby I wake up after 2 hours of sleep because of a sexual dream and then I can't go back to sleep because the urge is too great. However I push through it and the next day I can sleep better.

  4. I have a sleeping issue also. It's very difficult to fix.
