Problems I got after masturbating

When I was 12 I moved to another country and made new ''friends' and one of them sent me a video where a woman gave a man a handjob, so I did what the woman was doing for the man ( not knowing what it was). It felt good so I kept doing it more and more, mostly 3-5 times a day until my 16th ( started with masturbation in 2014 and stopped with masturbation around Feb-April 2018). I got more depressed, I have problems getting and staying asleep (Insomnia), my morning erection is gone and I don't really socialize. I now feel like never having sex (I'm still virgin) nor masturbate. I also haven't grown much the past few years and I kept blaming masturbation for that. When I was still addicted I also didn't feel like living life, I had no energy left in my body. I did watch porn this month for a few minutes just too see if I could get hard ( no morning erection concerns me). Sometimes my penis also hurt after masturbating a few times but I kept going
