    Hello guys.
I'm on my third week in Reboot (No PMO).
I've been having a lot of trouble falling asleep at nights.
When I don't need to show up for work or school, this has been causing me to sleep until noon. I really hate that.
Is it common in the early stages?

    Best regards!

Yeah i am like that too. This problem causes because you made it habit to masturbate before you sleep. After a month or so you will sleep like a baby. Better than ever.

I've had this too. What helps me is a couple hours before I plan to sleep, I take 3mg melatonin (it's a natural hormone that helps us sleep, but it usually takes 1-2 hrs. to kick in.) Then about a half hour before I sleep I get into bed with a good book - no tv! The trick is don't try to sleep, just let yourself drift off. (Also helpful, is doing some exercise earlier in the day.)

What might help as well is don't eat before you go to sleep, this tends to be a problem i have, and the same thing happens to me.. waking up really late.

Okay, I didn't do it every day though. But perhaps few times a week is enough to disturb your sleep. Thanks for the reply!

I often eat dinner late, this may be part of it. Thanks! :)

I find the best books for this are long, slow, wordy books with lots of descriptions. They put me to sleep quick lol! So esp. older books by writers like Charles Dickens, A.C. Doyle, Jules Verne, Jane Austen, Alexander Dumas, Leo Tolstoy, etc.

Thanks for the suggestions. I have a Dickens collection somewhere I have never read. Tolstoy I probably won't be able to do haha :)
