Preventing wet dreams?

  1. So I succeeded in staying clean for more than 90 days, but I noticed that wet dreams are getting more frequent. I needed like 5 weeks to have the first one, another 4 for the second one, but only 2,5 for the third and barely 2 for the fourth which has happened tonight. Is this going to continue? I really hope not.

    Wet dreams are really annoying, because I have to get up in the middle of the night, change underwear, sometimes bed sheats, sometimes I even have to have a shower. That ruins the night and the following day. Since I live alone, when I sleep at home, this is annoying but managable. The problem is that I'll be probably going to some camps in the summer, where I will be with multiple people in the same room at night. A wet dream there would be really, really uncomfortable.

    Do you have any ideas on how to prevent wet dreams, but without MO of course? Or should I just prepare by wearing 5 underwears in the night? :D All ideas are welcome.

    Try not drinking water an hour before bed and also emptying your bladder before bed.
