What are the signs of these. I mean I have stopped masturbating for the last year, 12 months. But I still feel like crap, like an object, I feel depressed. What's going on?

  2. Maybe porn was a coping mechanism for your mental health problems - you should seek professional help. It is not like you stopped porn for no reason - more likely porn gave the best environment for your illness to develop.

    Wow, that's a long time...

Did you stop only masturbation or also porn?

Exactly these bra. I don't understand, when will it end. I feel like an object with no life, I'm just disinterested in so many things like school work. I eat a lot, it's crazy. When will it stop for someone like me who started fapping at the age of 13? I stopped when I was 26, which is last year

Yeah I did that. Saw a therapist. It's as if the more I talk about it the more I feel better. But I still feel insignificant

  10. I have no luck to therapist, I tried to talk with one and feel no connection, but despite it I will write something. The good therapist should help you understand your problem and support your fight with it. Often therapists just listen to people and pretend they care and people like this sessions - but you don't need only reassurance, but also help with illness :)
