    Hi everybody,

    There's my problem. I am doing nofap to recover from PMO and it's consequences on my dick and my life but the problem is that I am even more addicted to porn than what I thought. I qm currently on my 11th day of streak but this whole week I was watching at horny pics and videos and even more at dicks because I feel not good with my dick and since my streak I have even more porn ideas of videos like seeig a trembling man orgasm etc.

    I don't know what to do. Did I relapse even without masturbating eventhough I want to ?

    These are all relapses because the NoFap challenge is complete abstinence from sexual stimulation from porn substitutes; porn; edging; masturbating until you cum; and orgasm. I recommend you go for NoDickDecemberDom! ;)
