    Hey all,

    I've started NoFap yesterday night. I already tried two times (one 9 day streak and the other a 2 day streak) i relapsed and binged like crazy...
    The issue i have is that it seems i can't control the pornographic thoughts in my mind. Not one day can pass without me thinking about porn or pornifying the women around me. I've been watching porn since 12 years, is it normal ?
    Even when i go at the gym i'm distracted by the women there... Damn this is hard

    It takes more time. There will come a time further along in your recovery when these things will start to fade. Where you are now, your mind is fighting and trying to hold onto those same things.
