    So a weird thing happened last week. This is the second time this has happened. I had an nightfall. And in my dream, this is how it happened.... I was on Nofap forums and writing about my urges and was trying to hold my urge but I could not resist and searched for a FEMDOM hypnotic video... And I just glanced at the video and She said to cum and I came .... Before this instance I had a nightfall in a dream where I underwent through 7 minutes of a JOI video, that happened the last time I was rebooting..I know I MUST KEEP ON NOPMO...but what is this weird phenomenon?
    Have I really fucked up my psyche?
    Has anyone else experienced this?
    WTF...WHAT TO DO?

    My ex-girlfriend keeps appearing in my dreams and that tortures me to the point I wake up feeling even more tired that when I went to sleep. It is our brain trying to bring us down, and sometimes it succeeds.

    There are times during recovery where your brain is fighting to get what you used to feed it. You can have very vivid dreams and nightfall. It would happen to me and I would wake up thinking I would be a huge mess. I wasn't, probably because during recovery I would still O with my wife.
    These dreams did fade in time away from porn.

    The thing is that I have an explosive increase in my urges from that day.. Just now I was searching for hypno stuff on google.. But did not clicked and reached outside.
    I know its my mind playing tricks.... But howlong...???

    It sounds like you have the chaser affect you will need to get through.
    As far as time to get past the dreams and O during sleep, that is going to vary from person to person.

    Yes you were right. Nightfall triggered chaser effect. Somehow managed it this time. Feeling normal again.
