Second of all what triggers you to look at porn? For me it's in public when I look at breasts or ass and maybe legs of a woman. So now I make and maintain eye contact.

My advice is decide if you really want to do this and if you do, fully commit to NoFap.
Then, learn everything reboot related for the first week. Then after that, get very busy.

Part of the battle is working out what you want your new life to look like and putting things in place. For example I now build scale models and spend more time playing my guitar, have more time for learning and developing myself. Today most of my time is taken up by these pursuits, essentially I have no excuse now for being bored.
