Porn addiction

    Their are lot of people who are suffering from porn addiction here. I am also going on the same way but when I stopped watching porn and masturbation I cannot control it more than 5,6 days its very challenging for me, I want to get out of this because it creating the problems in my career and, I can't clearly focused on study it's huge problem for me and I am dealing with it around 5 years now and m still not getting any solution. What should I do?
