    I jerk off every single day for weeks sometimes after one or two break i do it again and i think i am drifting towards abusive porn and it's affecting me.
    what should i do?

    Hello, I had the same addiction myself, you should try out some activities that you make you happy, but more or less stay true to yourself. Remind yourself that you can have a better normal life where you're not second guessing yourself every single time and just be happy.
