Porn addiction and smartphones

    It takes about 10-20 seconds to start the PMO cycle. Everything my body aches for is literally under at my fingertips. What can I do to resist the urge to look something up real quick (something bad)? I try to keep my phone away from me but when I want it I want it and it drives me crazy!

    Tips Anyone?

    Just change smartphone to an older model. Why don't to use oldschool Nokia with huuuuge battery and impossible to destroy?

    That a great idea! I hope I can find a old phone model that still allows me to use whatsapp though. I don't want to go without that.

    I've devdeci that in order to beat this addiction, I need to take drastic measures. I'm going to buy an old school phone without internet access.
