Porn addiction and heroin addiction

    First and most importantly NO I do not have a heroin addiction.

    I was watching intervention last night with my GF and I could help but realise how close if not the same way we became addicted to porn these people were addicted to heroin.
    No matter how hard they tried they just could give it up. And the withdrawal symptoms they would have if they did have any of the drug is almost the same as when we go a few days with out our dopamine hit.
    This is even more reason for me to no longer go back to my habbit ...its just no way to live at all .
    We all deserve better lives and to be loved by the ones are around us.
    It's a actually a scary feeling that its onky been 16 days but I feel like it's been longer. Infact my brain doesn't even remember the feeling of watching porn right now...
    After watching intervention I felt it in my heart for these people.
    They had lives goals , kids , jobs , husbands and wives and this drug this man made thing took it all away.
    Let's not do this to ourself.
    Lets quit togather guys my goal is 90 days but my aim is the rest of my god given life.

    All addictions are deep learned behaviors. The only difference between substance abuse and compulsive behaviors is that you're reinforcing autopilot behavior loop even stronger with intake of foreign substance in case of the opioids (literally flooding your brain with dopamine whereas levels of D reached during orgasm get elevated but not so high).     Heroine ain't no joke big dawg, neither is PMO addiction and we all know that all too well.. The same people making the heroin and porn are the same people who will profit from addictions to these things so let's cut out the middle men and stop ourselves short of another relapse. AMEN
