    Hello,

    Lately I’ve been doing well in the area ornpornography, until today. I masturbated and ejaculated about five times today and I’m in pain. There have been a few days in the past where that was the norm, but it username to be so bad that I’d masturbate once a day. Am I permanently messed up if I did this for years? I want to believe in the possibility of change.

    You'll be fine, but you definitely have to stay away from porn. Nothing wrong with masturbation, it's perfectly healthy, you just need to not go overboard like you did today. :) Aim for once every 2-3 days at most and masturbate to your thoughts about a pretty girl you actually know, not a porn star, and not to porn vids you've watched in the past. Now if you masturbated 5 times today, you might want to try going at least a week or so until your next time as that's a LOT of dopamine overloading your brain, so let it relax for a bit. :)
