Now the spring already started here ! The weather is warmer and the urges are lighter!
It will get even better during the summer ! Of course the autumn is always hard ,but we will have already inercia from all this months ! keep strong guys! its totally worth it!
Please tell me how do i respond to triggers. I don't have social media of any sort except YouTube and i still relapse without seeing anything triggering...just my thoughts. i try to reward myself with YouTube during the weekend after a hectic week of school, i watch non triggering things and after some binging, i begin to look for more reward. That would mean i need huge doses of dopamine and then i will search for a name of one of those p.actors with no intention of watching p but just to see and then incognito mode open and bammmm!!! I sink into that black hole and watch p. That has been the format of my relapses recently
As much as i see it ,you make few unforgiving our addicted brain mistakes! First of all is your rewards! They shouldnt be with sexual content! Try better rewarding yourself something tasty to eat , or visit cinema , or buy some clothes ...but avoid p or p subs on any cost! Keep trying pal...we must find the answer how!
