    I started watch 4 to 5 years from now . I am now a first year college student .From very start i was a bright kid and and very good in studies , slowly i got hooked up to PM and started messing up my life. I began my downfall by watching porn and mastur. i usually do it everyday and feel very guilty after that. Now i feel like i have lost all in life . I have great dreams and i want to work hard but pmo is really stopping . I just came to know about this community and I need some very much need help from all of u guys. I usually keep streks during exams but later relpase. This time i will make it to 90 days and beyond. please support me and writing this para makes me feel the confidience in me. thanks

    Hey @theoneonly, welcome to the site! When I read the title of your thread, I thought that the only one able to stop yourself from PMO is you. But judging by what you write, you are aware of that. This site is there to give you help and support along the way. It has worked for others, it will work for you. It's great that you are brave enough to aim for the 90 days and beyond. By the way, even if there's not much in your life: at least you are studying. Work hard and you will get as good again as you were as a child. Aside from that, starting your abstinence is also a great situation for starting a new activity. All the best!

    I'm Facing somewhat a similar situation like you. It's hard. There aint no shortcut here. It's a struggle, but it aint impossible.Spent time on this site, it really helps. Good luck

    Don't worry mate! You'll begin changing with nofap! Observe carefully your feelings! Sometimes you'll be proud of yourself, sometimes you'll just hate yourself, but if you'll carry on, you'll find many interesting things about your personality.
