Please Help!!! WET DREAMS

    Hi, I started NOFAP without even knowing about this site and all about this way of living.
    I'm not sure actually how many days since the ''last time'' but it's more than 70 days but less than 80.
    I knew about this site because of ''my problem'' the WET DREAMS while searching for solutions on GOOGLE.

    Since May I'm having WetDreams about once a week, the worst part of the wetdreams is that they gave me chest acne, the worst thing is when my chest is 90% clean another wetdream happen and my chest is ruined once again.

    I already did all the tips that I've found online, like sleeping naked,wake early etc...

    Since January I started focus a lot on exercise 5-7 days per week, and started taking whey protein, I searched and I found that whey protein can give acne, I stopped taking the protein and now the wetdreams are still not stopping.

    Whey protein is great for muscle recovery and some sort of protein is basically essential. If you stop the whey protein, I'd at least replace it with either protein-rich foods after your workout or one of the other forms of protein, such as egg-based protein, maybe a beef-derived protein like carnivore or even a vegetable-based one.

    But as far as the wet-dreams, I think that is almost a good sign. Wet-dreams are natural and they are, at least to an extent, beyond your control. They aren't something you made a deliberate choice to partake in, like porn or masturbation. I think the fact that you are even having them is a testament to what a great job you are doing abstaining from porn and masturbation--your body is forced to search for another avenue of satisfying your desires.

    My guess is that the further you get in your journey, the less and less frequent the wet dreams will become. Porn can provide images that fuel the imagination and the fewer of those sorts of images you see, the less fuel you're providing to that part of your imagination, I would gather. Just some thoughts.

    Either way, what a great job to have gone 70-80 days! You were able to do that, so I am sure you have what it takes to overcome this obstacle.

    Hi, the worst thing about the wet dreams is the chest acne, every time I've one I always have hard zits on the chest, the shower's gell's that I'm using for it, is almost over and those wet dreams always here (the bastards) hahha

    I wake 6 to 7 times per night to go the bathroom for pee to avoid the wet dreams

    About the protein... I'm looking for Organic Protein
     
  4. Well, that's terrific Rui. :)

    We are all different and the frequency of wet dreams varies a lot. Related effects e.g. acne are not universal. At least you have chest zits, not on your face. I would say, keep what you are doing is working, so just carry on. You cannot really stop yourself having wet dreams. I would continue sleeping naked (on your side) and waking early. Stay positive dude. :cool:

    Thanks a lot.
    I wake up at 5am or at 6am because of them.And it's boring because I don't have an job.

    Any other tip are welcome, I need at least to not have one wet dreams for 2weeks at least, to recover my chest from acne

    I only have wet dreams if i fantasize. I sleep on my back, naked on a hardwood floor, no covers.

    I always sleep on my back, sometimes I use my sleeping bag on the floor just to change my sleeping spot.

    Didn't help thought bah...
