Please Help me overcome my addiction.

I had a 100 day streak where I was completely lust free and monk mode or whatever you call it, but recently i got stressed from exams and Idk but I relapsed, again and again every night I considered it as a reward and i used to study 4-5 chapters and relapse. This went on but after the exams, i realized I cannot get my streak to more than 10 days. . . any fellow fapstronauts who can motivate me and give me tips to make my streak go on?
I'm starting all over again. Wish me Luck.
