    Hi Mora! What kind of accountability do you have? Do you have an accountability partner that you communicate with daily? Do you have a therapist you talk to? Do you attend weekly SA meetings? Did you get a sponsor from one of those meetings?

    These are all things I do and they are VERY helpful!
