Plan on talking to my wife about this, tips, ideas?

    I plan on talking to my wife about nofap tonight. Explain the process to the best of my ability, my dependency on it etc...

    I know she will be supportive, she knows about me PMO just doesn't realize it is an issue for me (or if she does, she hasn't mentioned it)

    I just would like some ideas on how to bring it up, key things to touch on since this is very new to me as well.

    Hi Cyrus, being someone who has never done what you are about to, I don't really have any solid advice.

    If she already knows you use porn and masturbate, then I suppose its an easier conversation. I know some women feel cheated on if they discover a man's porn use. If I can offer any suggestions, maybe tell her you want/need her help and support and know you need to change. Tell her there is a whole community of 70,000+ guys in the world also fighting this bad habit/addiction (whichever word works better for you) and all of us fell into the trap the same way. Beyond that, maybe she can watch a few of the YBOP videos to get abetter understanding about the situation as well?

    Anyway, I wish you the best and truly hope it all goes well. I admire your guts in doing it!!

    Well. I told her and it went very well. She said she never knew it could be an addiction and a lot of the issues I have such as DE she always thought were because of her.

    Laying in bed light caressing turned into foreplay which turned into sex. I've suffered from DE my whole life but she began stroking me and talking dirty (non porn) she made me ejaculate! This has never happened, not sure if it's just a coincidence but it's awesome that I was able to.

    Do I need to reset my counter because she brought me to orgasm in this fashion?

    Doesn't get any better than that. You have a great woman and the more you work together, serving each other in love, the easier it will be to leave behind the world of PMO. Real life is so much better.
