  1. So this is fucking embarrassing, but I'm pretty sure I have PIED. I get morning wood every morning, but other than that my penis is pretty much flaccid all of the time. Before I started my current reboot I noticed that even when I'd watch porn my dick wouldn't be very hard, or at least not completely erect. I tried to get it hard earlier just to see if it would work and I still couldn't get it all the way erect. I know that's considered edging, but it wasn't for pleasure. I wanted to see what the fucking deal was.

    Now I've realized that for me to even get hard I'd probably have to watch porn and stimulate myself quite a bit. This shit is pretty embarrassing, but I need some answers and I'm just being honest. A guy my age should get hard just by thinking of something sexual. How long until it's back to normal? It will be day 11 for me at 3 or so in the morning and I have seen some improvement, but it's not back to normal yet.

    Even my libido isn't as high as it should be. I'm pretty sure it's just the rewiring process, but I figured on day 10 I should be seriously fucking horny, but I'm not. Any answers are appreciated.

    no i did not some days with my girlfriend i get good/hard erections other days i donot
    also and the worst thing is that i lose my erection when i stand up i donot know whats wrong with standing up

    You should be happy that you have morning wood, that's an indicator of good physical health. Some people, including myself lose the morning wood during the process. I'm happy to say nofap cured that for me. You probably are aware that your problem is psychological, which means if you do nofap, you will be cured. Checking your erections is not beneficial during nofap. Acknowledge that you are physically fine, and forget about your dick. Stay committed to nofap.

    Sounds like you have a bit of what happened to me. unfortunately, if you came for an exact number Im afraid to tell you everyone is different. Some people can be cured in 30 days, others over a year. It all depends how routed your addiction is in your brain. I would tell you that your best hope is a cold turkey hard 90 day reboot. Im doing that myself and have noticed significant improvement. Im around 40 days (I dont look too much at the tracker tend to keep my mind busy) but i used to have low libio and no morning wood. Now Im having solid morning wood and getting erections just by thinking and seeing hot girls im attracted too. My fix to you is have to willpower and be strong! you can do the 90 days find a hobby to kill time and energy, workout, read, anything you need to not want to masturbate. the hardest is the withdrawal symptoms which will probably hit around week 2-4. You will be mad, easily irritated and feel like giving in but stay the course. It gets better. You will also experience flatline mine was about week 3-4. you will experience low libido and penis will feel small but this too will pass. Get to the 90 my brother, your fix is in you because your mind will heal as long as you have the willpower to see it through!

  11. Well I was seeing improvement up until my relapse. In fact, I'm still seeing improvements despite my binging over the weekend, so maybe there's hope. I keep trying to do the 90 days but I always fucking fail. Always. It's so disheartening. I'm gonna try it again and hopefully make it through.

    all good man! keep mind this is the same mentality that a heroin addict needs. You need to be stern and dedicated. delete social media for a bit then come back to it. Your body needs to heal. find a hobby, explore, read, find yourself! That's what I'm doing. Don't let masturbation define who you are and where you are going.
     
  13. I can believe that. This shit is so addicting. Sometimes after I pmo I just feel so disappointed with myself. I know that I'm better than that. It makes me feel lesser. I think my main problem is the internet. I'll be on youtube and I'll find something that turns me on and before I know it I'm either relapsing or watching porn and relapsing.

    It will be the hardest thing man but the great thing is you are not alone. This website is living proof of it that hundreds of thousands of guys are suffering. Sure I havent relapsed but the threat is there my brother. The thing that got to me is when i went to the doctor for my condition and he told me about this site and the reality at which I had the keys to my cure. I never saw what i was doing was a problem until a doctor told me so. we get complacent and complacency leads to us becoming addicts. I used porn and masturbation for my anxiety and depression to cope not to mention girl troubles. The thing is i know im better than that i want a happy life and not masturbate because its an automatic response to stimuli. You will get there just remember every day you dont is a step in the right direction and yea you relapsed but you still had time in between which is better than not having time in between. But dont let it lead you right down the same path. Your brain is craving the dopamine because it is so used to it being there which is why most relapses happening because our brain is so powerful it controls every function in our body which is why we often automatically reach down when on the computer, instagram and it recognizes when were on the internet to crave the digital pixels for a release. fight little battles2 days, then 4, then 8. Soon you will hit 30!
