PIED updates/progress reports

    I have a hardmode journal to cure PIED that outlines a lot of the progress i've already made in 2 days. I thought I would post a thread here just to outline some of that if anyone misses out on my journal. In just 2 days I've noticed a few improvements. For the first time in what feels like 5 months or more, I had around 60% of morning wood today. It only lasted around 2 minutes and went away right when i got out of bed. I've noticed in just 2 days my unit has a " glow " to it, it looks healthier. I used to have a bad habit of being lazy and not using lubrication + death grip. This desensitized me greatly. I dont want to " test " anything for sensation because it could be a bad trigger. I did however run my finger over my unit flaccid and it felt better. Before I didnt really have any feeling. Over the months i developed the firm/hard flaccid condition, in just 2 days this has been improved a lot. My flaccid unit is also hanging quite heavily and fuller. I noticed when i did some hindi squats/leg stretches my firm flaccid went away entirely and penis went back to normal how it should when flaccid. Breathing and releasing tension seems to help also. Im starting to think hard flaccid can maybe be an over worked or over fatigued unit and maybe somewhat related to stress and tension. I could be crazy but, in just 2 days all of this has happened. Has made me motivated more than ever to keep going with Nofap.

    Day 8 completed. Little progress report.
    Firm flaccid condition improving a lot. There are times I go for a pee and check and no firmness at all. Sometimes there is but everyday its getting better and better. I am really convinced all those years of masturbation, death grip, not using lubrication did a number on my sensitivity and the firm flaccid condition. Laying down I have no firm flaccid at all, there may be an underlying pelvic issue somewhere and so far holding a hindi squat for 1-2 minutes several times a day is great. Ive noticed when doing it no Firm flaccid. If anyone has this firm/stiff flaccid condition, NOFAP is the way to go.

    Appearance - My unit is starting to have a " Glow " to it. I can literally see the skin starting to look healthier and cleaner. The skin tone as well is better. Not dull looking. Masturbation really did a number on it. I used this product a while ago called MAN1OIL. Its a penile skin care creme which improves the sensitivity and health of your unit. It definitely works and id recommend it to any guy even if you have no PIED issues. Its just a great product with great ingredients. I dont use it anymore because I ran out and its fairly expensive to ship here in Canada, and takes a long time. BUT.... Honestly.... 8 days of nofap has shown me more improvements in my unit than 1 month of using man1oil 2x a day (after shower, before bed). NoFap is the way to go to recover.

    Sensitivity - When going for a pee, i gently moved my finger up my unit and it felt incredible. Before... i could do that and have almost no sensation, but now I feel it. Why do i call it unit, idk, sounds cool.

    MORNING WOOD - After 8 days I can say with honesty, I still have NOT achieved full morning wood. However, I have noticed around 50-60% morning wood after a great nights rest. One day I think i had round 70%, pretty close to a full erection, I actually had to wait a little bit before i left my room with pajamas on because I had quite a big bulge... had to position my unit the right way because I was stiff.
    Keep in mind, I havent had anything close to 50% morning wood in 5 months or more. In just 8 days im noticing all these improvements. My mind is healthier and im feeling attraction out in the real world around real women. I've been getting some crazy bulges and random erections throughout the day as well. If ANYONE out there has PIED... NOFAP is the way to go... and this is just 8 days...

    Will check back every 5-10 days with another report. Still a long road ahead of me. Im doing the 365 challenge and encourage everyone else to try it out. Stay strong everyone.

    Havent posted in here in a while.
    Im going through a bit of a flatline with Morning wood. For a little while I was getting 60-70 percent morning wood and one day I had like 90 percent if I remember. I remember having to wait a solid minute or two before leaving my room because of the morning wood, hadn't saw that in months. But unfortunately since then I've been getting no Morning wood at all, not even 50%. I can definitely say though so far I've made some gains in appearance and sensitivity. If anyone out there has PIED or has suffered from death stroke, Nofap is 100 percent the cure to that. I already have most of my sensitivity back. I will check from time to time if I go for a pee and its super sensitive to touch, and has a glow to it. I dont know if any other guys experience this, but I get insane bulges throughout the day... especially if I go on a long walk, I get like 60 percent erect and can really feel it. I hope this flatline ends, I almost always have a constant need to check myself to make sure it works lol. But gotta stay strong and keep going.
