PIED recovery list

    I want to compile a list of anthing that helps beat pied.

    I’m abstaining from pmo and erections are improving. Getting harder and tastes in all things sexual returning to more vanilla.

    Number one on the list is obviously:

    Avoid p
    Avoid p substitutes
    Don’t masterbate
    Don’t edge
    Exercise
    Eat healthy
    Take a decent multivitamin
    Meditate
    Embark on self improvement/reading/learn a language/read more/be the best version of yourself

    Get a good haircut and buy some new clothes. You’re worth more. Make yourself feel like you’re worth more

    Any more posts especially from successful guys would be much appreciated

  2. This is a pretty good list. The best way to beat PIED, and it's hinted at in the post is to keep testosterone levels high as well. Things that are not necessarily things you should do would be cold showers, keeping your genitals cool (ice after workouts), solid uninterrupted sleep, and a high protein/low carb diet. Weigh lifting is probably my go to when it comes to beating flat-lines from my experience.
