PIED permanent issue?

    Been on nofap for a while now and I've suffered with PIED for about 3 years now.
    The first year I could still get hard bit this was with an ex and I was doing constant 2-3 week streaks during this time whilst having sex.
    Then had a year single, but struggled to have sex alot more and was using cialis.
    Then I met a girl last year and was with her 10 months.
    We took things slow and after a 117 day hard mode reboot things seemed to drastically improve where I could have sex multiple times a week but an orgasm would set me back.
    I relapsed after our breakup 4 times in 2 weeks.
    My PIED is back in full swing.
    Is this a permanent issue?
    Will I ever be properly fixed?

    Hey bro, you've seen yourself that time can be healer. Arousal is naturally an important part in combatting ED. Over time you'll find the body will become aroused, and hopefully that can get channelled in the right way.

    Sometimes these things can get in your head, but read some of the other posts on PIED to see that many have bounced back from it
