    Hey fapstranauts,

    Tried a few times to go fapfree and this time taking it very seriously.
    I'm a highly functional depressive/anxious person. Over the last 12 months noticed a steep decline in my ability to maintain arousal. More recently sexual encounters have been straightout nerve racking and it seems Ive got full blown PA.

    Been PMOing since I was about 15, now 22. Anyone else been in the same spot?
    Attempting a hard mode reboot, 6 days deep.

    You're in a spot I was about three years ago. I lost ability to have a full erection and in the end fapped with a half erection / limp cock. You have a great opportunity to turn your life around on this reboot mate. Educate yourself about 'Post acute withdrawal' and don't Kindle (relapse) as all the symptoms only get worse.

    Sorry I should've been more precise, still get morning wood and hold solid erections to P, but real life encounters Ive burnt myself. Had a couple bad nights and have now developed PA.
    Ive always been someone who had to be full blown pissed to go home with girls but even that isn't enough to mask my anxiety any longer.

    Thanks for the replies guys, I'm really keen to conquer this BS.
