I take it you read this in the news? I mean even I wasn't a fan and you seem a little too old to have been a fan no offense but come on don't tell me you were a fan of him, you read this in the news somewhere right?

 

He has so much money now he clearly doesn't care about boundaries or that his promoting companies are ditching him. He has tens of millions.

I think he will begin to leave the limelight and drop off YouTube. Then he will enjoy his millions and nobody will see him again.

 

He's made off-color jokes before (about rape, basic "gay" as an insult type stuff) and apologized and quit that kind of material. He's likely gonna move on from the Hilter stuff too. I appreciated his apology. Really when this happens, all you can hope for is that they listen, apologize, and move on.

 

Pewdiepie is a really nice guy but the media wants to show him as a corrupted and bad person just so they can defame him and they can use his name as clickbait. Everyone just showcase the bad side of him but hardly someone ever mentions how much money he has raised towards the development of underprivileged people. So what if he earns a lot of money he deserves every penny he is a self made person. I respect that guy a lot and I'm not a die hard fan of him. Media is best at missing the context to which the videos are made by him they just randomly pick up some clips and misguide the people who have never heard about him and create a wrong image about him.

I never liked pewdiepie. He's just not that funny and he's one of the worst youtubers that have ever existed. His super-fans are even just as retarded as his videos that he makes. He only "apologized" to his fans just to make them feel bad for him, when in reality, he's nothing but a lying manipulative hypocrite. All he cares about is money, that's it. He only makes videos just to crave attention from a bunch of 9 year old runts who think that his high pitched screaming and ridiculous childish rape and gay pie jokes are "funny". He's nothing but a fucking manchild who can't take criticism too seriously or literally.

Disagree all you want, but you can't deny the fact that pewdiepie is garbage. End of story!

 

An interesting point made by Eli the Computer Guy is that PewDiePie did the jokes in September last year, the clips had millions of views and nobody cared about them until Wall Street Journal did a story about it. So Disney, Maker studios and Youtube only dumped PewDiePie to save their own asses.

About PewDiePie in general, I used to watch the gaming videos he did years ago. I found those funny for a while but then I got sick of him, I don't think his insane level of fame has been good for him.

I can't say he makes me proud to be a Swede. But we don't have much to be proud about at this point in time. But I'm proud about Alfred Nobel (who invented dynamite, and of course the Nobel prize). He was a good dude.

I honestly think there is very dark comic genius in hiring Israeli temp workers from tel-aviv to hold up a sign with what it had written on it.

What Walking says is very true too. Disney was just saving its own ass by acting this late regarding the content of the videos.

 

I think the biggest problem is that modern day society is easily "hurt by words".

Plus why does this kind of story make actual news.

I don't follow Pewdiepie and this the first I've heard about this, but if you believe in freedom of speech and thought, and that people can do whatever they want? Then who gives a shit?

Will you stop liking him because of it? No of course not that would make you a bigot. You don't care what people believe in and certainly not entertainers. They are free to express themselves however they want and it doesn't stop you from being a fan of them.

I hate Miley Cyrus because she produces crap. I like George Micheal because I like some of his music. I don't give a fuck what they do or what their beliefs are, they are entertainers and I judge them by what they produce. Don't be fucking Nazi and so intolerant of other people and try and force your shit on them by blackballing when they say something that offends you or something you don't like. We don't want to live in a world of robotic drones so stop acting like drones and trying to force others to act that way also. Having respect for others beliefs is respecting the beliefs you don't agree with not the ones you agree with.

As long as an opinion isn't pure hate...then it should be equally tolerated. Doesn't have to be respected, but tolerated.
I think people fail to see the difference between these two words sometimes.
I also think it's pure hypocrisy to throw out other people's opinions, but expect your opinion to matter most.
It's an interesting thing...emotion.
It has the power to blindly lead us, if we don't understand our own emotions.
Society has been simply bred into an emotional wreck.
