I have similar symptoms to this after stopping masturbating I have pain and aching in my penis can feel it’s swollen when I give it up for awhile it goes slowly and swelling goes down! I think it’s bruised or swollen from over playing. Been 3 day’s and is a lot better then yesterday which was the worst! Still can’t get proper erection’s and hurt’s a bit but I’m hoping with time I can as was getting them once when I gave them up almost entirely for two week’s!

Hard mode means no porn no masturbation no orgasm. The more damage the longer you need to heal. If you are swollen, sore, or have lost sensitivity you may need months to properly heal.

Nearly 6 months ago. My penis went errect but numb in its flaccid state after trying to stop myself from going on the bed. I get sensations here in there but mentally and phyically things are not connecting.
I have faith they will again. I believe the body can repair it self. I also have felt some sensation come back. At times urination has become difficult but it has got better. I get some nocturnal erections. No spontancious one though.
Theres hope God made our bodies able to heal. I too felt a pop but Drs say my penis is fine.
I highly recommend you stay away from pmo and also l arginine or anything else that will cause bad blood flow into your penis. It needs to heal. Be patient.

I have severe ED from years of prone masturbation. I can’t even ejaculate just using my hand. Interestingly though I can if getting a handjob from another person.
