    Hello,
So yesterday I made out with my gf and my penis was hard, but when we thought about having sex it got soft. This was my first time ever having sex and I felt disappointed. She said it was because I was too nervous, but I am not sure, she doesn't know that I have had problems with porn, specially transwomen, even though I haven't pmoed for six days. Have any of you guys with transwoman pif experienced the same? If I don't relapse for a few more days will it go back to normal?

  2. Hi @Wolkmann I feel for you and can relate, only it was regular porn with me. Yes it sounds like you have PIED. It's hard to say how many days it will take to cure? It all depends on how long you have been PMOing for? Can I ask what age you started watching porn and is this the first time this as happened to you?

I started watching porn at 14, eight years ago, but my transwoman pif started in 2017. This was my first time having sex, so yes, it is.

Well, if you can get hard, but couldn't stay hard, thats at least half the battle! Lots of guys with PIED can't get hard to begin with, so you don't appear to have a severe case of PIED. Maybe you're just not used to maintaining an erection without prolonged physical stimulation? Might take some deconditioning from the more stimulating manly hands.

Damn man. This is my first year of masturbating. I'm already close to quitting. I tried to quit the first month I started masturbating. I'm glad I can catch on to problems quickly.

I feel as if I'm destined to be great, that is why I'm jumping out of this addiction quickly.

Don't worry, even if you've been addicted for 20 years, you can still be great!

I don't know, but it seems I don't feel aroused for vaginas anymore. I've been so used to transwoman porn for more than a year now that it seems it's becoming part of me. I feel pathetic, it just looks like I can't abandon it. This is the reason why I think I'm not having erections properly, when I see her naked it doesn't really turn me on. I'm not bissexual, I really like women, but due to the fact of being addicted to it rewired my brain to think penises are better. Fuck dude, I hate myself.

  7. You need 70-140 days to notice a change

  8. Thank you for answering. Unfortunately I don't think you will recover in just a few days. It is recommenced to try the 90 day no PMO challenge and see how you go from there. The good news is that it's curable if you stick with it.

Hey OP, you're suffering from either performance anxiety or PIED, or perhaps a bit of both. PIED is short for Porn Induced Erectile Dysfunction. Fortunately you can get rid of it - but you need to abstain from masturbation and porn for a decent amount of time. Some people can take a long time but I'd estimate from what you wrote, it would probably be between one and two months for you.

Try things with your GF again. Take it slow. If you fail to get it up and you don't think it's because you're too anxious, it's probably PIED because people who fap to transwoman/trap porn are generally far enough into a PMO addiction for this kind of thing to happen.

If that's the case, you can buy some anti-ED medication for the meantime, 'sildenafil' is the most popular one I think on this forum, and then just make sure for your and your GF's sake you don't relapse and you'll be better very soon. Trust me, if you want to be with girls it's better to just man up and get the reboot over with than to relapse over and over, you'll only cause yourself a lot of awkward experiences.

  13. Some wise words there @aerokus It would be great to know how many days until we are cured? (It's the most asked question) but that's life for you. Everyone is different. Do the reboot and rewire and you will succeed.

I take ED meds, no shame in it when rebooting, she'll never know if you pop them before shes around, once you get a boner on them, it's super easy to maintain, give it a few strokes here and there during foreplay and you'll be fine, and it's easy to get them back, cuss the ED meds are suppressing the anti-erection/blow flow mechanisms in the body.

I think it depends on how severe the PIED case is. Some people simply don't get aroused by normal sexual activity any more and then also the ED drugs don't fulfill their purpose because you need to get an erection in the first place. They just make it last longer. In such a severe case, you need to rewire your brain properly to normal sexual stimuli, which might take a longer period of time but still works. I'm on the same road (had good experiences with them some times but I have the goal to be able to have a fulfilling sexual life without them).
