PE ejaculation because of PMO

Hello everyone !

Before the age of 18 yo my sexual life was great , no PE , ED or stuff like this . After 18 yo I was lonely for a couple of months and started to PMO way much more than before , and I realized that I am struggling with PE .

At the begging I tought that I was suffering from >Sensitive Penis< , but actually i realized that it was from my porn addiction .

I discovered NoFap a couple of months before , and I did a couple of 30 days challenge .

At this moment I am doing a semen retention in Monk Mode , and I would like to do this all my life , but if I am still struggling with PE is gonna be very difficult .

If someone had this problem like mine , would you like to tell me how much time it took to you to fully recover your brain ?
