    Is there any app to block P contents on an android device, even in incognito mode, and which is freely available.

    @Ankur Sharma : you can use these two apps as the alternatives:
    TextBrowser: text based web browsers. Nothing can trigger you.
    Naked Browser: fast lightweight browsers which can block images. Good against the sudden pop-up images
