orgasmless ejeculations?

This kept happening to me before on streaks. I would be trying to edge and I would be real close to the edge so I stop and clench my muscles. What happened was I would ejaculate but it just felt like peeing basically. There was no orgasm sensation. There was no sudden rush like would happen normally. Then I would go on with my day, but it didn't feel like a relapse. Usually if I relapse I will be anxious and depressed the next days. And it didn't happen for some reason. I still counted it as a relapse though.

Could I have possibly ruined my brain? I'm worried that if one day I want to have sex with an actual girl that I won't feel the orgasm. What if I'm trying to last longer with a girl and the same thing happens? Does anyone have any experience with this?
