Only 70% erections... Help

    For starters I was a 32 yr old virgin and M to porn for over 10 years.
    Just recently when I was making out with my gf, i found out that I couldn't get hard enough for penetration.
    Found out about nofap and have been successfully off P and M for over 90 days now. But there hasn't been much improvement.
    Though I finally made out for the first time in my life just yesterday, it was only at 75% erection.
    I think M to P with a 70% erection has conditioned my penis to stop working at its optimum. Now I feel that my penis has adapted and been programed to ejaculating at just 70% erection for the last 2-3 years and this is one of the main issues along with the fact that I was a virgin until now, thus meaning I never got a good workout for my penile muscles.
    Add to this the fact, that even after 90 days of abstaining from P and M there is only a 5% improvement.
    I am doing a few pelvic exercises which seem to be the reason for the 5% improvement.
    Could you recommend additional ways of increasing blood flow to the Penis so that I could get harder erections and over come this convenient conditioning my penis has become accustomed to.

    You need to to Hard mode for more than 90 days. I'd day, you have to go as long as it takes.

  3. Some great ways to improve blood flow is
    • Exercise (Running, Walking, Stairmaster, Bicycle, etc)
    • Eat Healthy (Cut sugar and carbs)

    As others said hard mode as long as it takes. I'm currently doing it, only on day 36 but willing to go as long as it takes. As far as vitamins to help heal from trauma maybe complex B vitamin for vien damage due to death grip. And maybe MSM it dilates blood vessels increasing circulation. Please look into these before using I am not a doctor and don't know your situation. PS the riboflavin in complex B turns your urine yellow so don't be alarmed.

    5% improvement? That's awesome. Think how long you've been PMO'ing for down the years, things aren't going to change overnight. Now make that 5% 10%!

    I agree you may have to go much longer but also go see a urologist! Maybe theres some other contributing factor like a hormone imbalance or sth. like that.

    use your imagination, go somewhere private, and lie down on your back,
    and imagine a sexy girl, see if you can get erect, if you can't, you can help yourself,

    you need to improve your mind body connection,

    once you are hard, focus on how it feels being hard.

    I'm 48, and can get hard easily and maintain it. Same as when I was 20.
    My only explanation for this, is I have a good imagination, which then strengthens
    the mind body connection. Your mind with your penis.

    Once you remember how it feels to get hard you can repeat that feeling easier.

    This is just my own theory.

    Also don't try too hard, just relax, put your attention toward your penis and balls, try and feel sexual energy.

    Idk man.. do you know what your hormone levels are? could have low testosterone. What kinda shape are you currently?

    Take what the doctor says with a grain of salt, do your own research and form your own understanding based on a blood test or something. You wouldn't believe the people they allow to practice these days.
