    This is masturbation. It’s the classic path of return. Your brain hoovers up all the stimulation even if you don’t want. You need to wean yourself off dopamine.

    Yes, it's probably worse than M even, as one keeps edging that dopamine spike over prolonged period; after all, there's an unconscious reason and payoff that the edging addiction is accomplishing -else, why would one do it?

    Disagree. To rewire your brain. You need to take up a new wholesome habit.

    Try finding yourself a GF and having healthy sex. Then you will wire your brain for happiness.

    These past few weeks have been rough.
    Work has been really busy and stressful, and I find porn the way to escape and "relax". I have been edging for days, can't help myself.
    I don't know how to stop.
    It's so frustrating.

    Try to go hardmode, no sexual thoughts, no touching yourself. Then you can count it as 1 clean day
