    Hey all,

    So this happened

I met with a girl that is my friend, we did have sex like 6 months ago. I came over to her place knowing that we might have sex. We end up spooning to her request which I also thought might be nice. to just have some TLC with no sex involved. and even if there is, that's also cool.

After spooning for a while I got horny, obviously. I tried to make a move but she stopped me. we talked about it for a bit and than went to sleep.

Than while sleeping there I had WD. in the dream I am with this girl which I know is only with me for my money and I am cool with it because it's all on the table. She is a pornstar, or an ex-pornstar. than in the dream we are going to have sex, and than before the sex even starts, just by thinking about it I finish. Than I woke up from this dream totally embarrased. the girl next to me is sleeping, not knowing that I cummed in my underwear!

Holy hell. I tried to slip out quietly and walk home, but she woke up also, tried to figure out what's wrong. I left without really explaining.

So I've been not PMOing for almost 4 months now. But that incident made me feel like shit.

Hey. Try not to feel guilty. Guilt actually increases the chance of relapsing in ones addiction, whatever it is.

At least you are trying to improve. Just focus on great THAT is.

You can't control wet dreams! I personally wouldn't count it as a relapse. I mean, anyone doing hard mode allows no sexual gratification except wet dreams as they can't be helped. They'll go away in a few weeks man.

    Good luck!
