Nudes affects reboot?

    hello well this is my first thread I am 25 years old I live in Cancun mexico you can imagine a lot of sex drugs and party take place in here, I’ve been rebooting and abstaining of the 3 and have been seen gray improvement since I started I started my no eyaculation process on the 4th of November getting my streak for up to 7 days with great improvement however I had sex and relapsed I am currently on my 6th day at 10:30pm is going to be 7 days without etaculation and I’m feeling good my question is if asking my girlfriends for nudes affects in any way my brain chemistry or whatever we are trying to achieve here.

    Appreciate any advice stay strong!

    It does affect your reboot badly, better for you reboot if you remove any artificial stimuli, including pics, at least untill you are better and further along in the NO PMO way. You know sex is NOT a relapse right? But it can lead to one, so be careful.
