    Hello. I’m new to the site. Eager to progress with the help of some of you.
    The short story: I 65, recently divorced, porn played a part in that. I’m moving forward positively with local help and expect NoFap to add to that.
    I’m on day 2 of the 90 day challenge.

    Welcome @Jwater1466! It is true porn and masturbation hurts us: our relationships, emotional stability, the way we view this world, etc. We can beat this addiction that has brought us down to such a low level in life. Although I have had to reset this morning, I don't plan to quit.
