NoTouch Rule : Tool to help prevent M O and Edging

    Hello folks, just like you, i have been struggling to cure this PMO for years, and thankfully this time my nofap journey has been really helped much thanks to accountability partner group.

    And during the discussion with one of the member, we found an idea that may be able to help our nofap. It's called as NoTouch.

    The rule is very simple :
    1. You are forbidden to touch your penis for whatever reason except peeing, wearing cloth, all other non sexual reason all day long.
    2. You will count how many days you have gone through NoTouch, similar to NoFap
    3. If you touch your penis due to habit or sexual reason for more than 3 times within one day, then it will be considered as 'relapse'.
    Here's the benefit of NoTouch
    • If you don't touch your penis, then it's guaranteed that you won't do masturbation, edging and orgasm.
    • It will help the rewiring process faster as NoFappers should avoid ANY kind of artificial stimulation (including playing with your penis a little bit) [1]
    • It will improve the sensitivity of your penis overtime.
    • You can learn to be aware of your thought, so that if you touch your P then it means you're horny. It's a sign that you have to IMMEDIATELY distract yourself from fantasizing sexual thought and do something else more productive. (Fantasizing slow down your rewire process [2])
    Another FAQ

    Q : How can i measure how many times i touch my D? sometimes i did it several times a day, but i don't remember how many times.
    A : You use an app 'Thing Counter' in Android and you need only to put the widget into your smartphone desktop. Just try it, it's very good app to count many things.

    Q : What can i do to track my NoTouch habit?
    A : You can use any kind of habit building app in Smartphone. My favorite is Loop Habit tracker, it's free and very well designed.

    Q : What's your experience on this NoTouch?
    A : Actually i just come up this idea not too long ago, so i don't have that much experience, but my friend who had desensitized penis told me after a while not touching his penis, the sensitivity started to return and eventually he got his healthy penis back.

    Q : Help! i keep relapsing! It's too difficult!
    A : It's fine. remember, the purpose of this notouch is build a good habit that will help you immensely for your life. It's not easy unlearn touching penis habit, so please understand that the progress will always be slow and not easy. It's like adding extra difficulty layer to NoFap journey. So, don't be discouraged. You should see this as slow and incremental progress instead of a sudden change. Small daily improvement are the key to staggering long-term success.
