noticeable changes after day 1

  1. I haven’t done too well with NoFap lately. I’ve gave in to far too many urges. But I will say I recognize now more than ever how much better I feel when I don’t PMO.

    Early morning is usually my weak time of day. I wake up 1-2 hours before anyone else. If I use that time to exercise and start working, my work day is fantastic. I’m more organized and focused. I have a better execution on my sales calls that day.

    If instead I PMO, I suffer an obvious brain fog. My ambition is low and I don’t think as fast. Interaction with clients is poor. It truly is night and day.

    The encouraging thing for anyone here is, for me, I don’t need to wait 30, 60, or 90 days to feel this change. I feel better on day 1! This morning I was tempted to PMO but I stopped. I reminded myself of how shitty it feels to have that fog. After this past week of struggling with it, I can CERTAINLY tell a difference from days that I do vs days that I don’t PMO. The choice is mine on if I want to feel like shit or if I want to have a good day.

    I can’t believe I’ve gone 15 years in a PMO fog and never even knew it.
