NOT Touching your penis directly, except for peeing/washing NOT even once for fixing sleepfap

    This is a Rule Nr. 1 that has let sleepfapping be impossible, whenever my hands get to cloose to my groin area I remind myself that I can only touch my underwear, but not the skin unless I need to retract the foreskin to pee or unless I need to wash it, but even when washing I focus on something else, therefore I do not get erection or any stimulation in a sexual way and I kinda just carry on with washing other parts of my body.

    So in my previous streaks I would get sleepfapping urges, sleepedging, both partially voluntarily, both involuntarily during a wake-up.

    All you have to realize is that if you want to be successfull in NoFap or NoNut you have to track every slightest tought or physical urge and hunt it down like a demon and make it seem useless, worthless or just let it make chaos in your head untill you realize that even if you think the most fucked up things in your head they won't be the ones that are going to make you change your actions or intentions, as at the very end all your decisions are down to you.

    So from the physical perspective, if you tend to wake up touching yourself during night, then follow this protocol:

    1) During daytime, even if there is a need to physically re-arrange your penis (e.g. - being in bigger boxershorts and it slides to the left side or to the right side) try to avoid that temptation or if it is really neccessary do it only through the fabric, without getting the skin of your fingers in direct contact with your dick. Your palms/fingers can only come in direct contact and I repeat ONLY (think of this as a whitelist and memorize it as the first principle of whatever principles of NoFap you have) during the washing of your foreskin and during retraction of foreskin for peeing. It is that simple, no other exceptations.

    2) Avoid all kind of lustful thinking or sexualized thoughts, no matter if they are about real girls or about the things you have seen before. Avoid them, as much as you can and instead focus on the feeling of silence, emotional balance and peace that is present during full mindfullness. I am sure that you have a beautifull window from where you can see the snow falling in such a relaxing motion almost as if it was filmed and put on YouTube or you have a room or objects that are trying to distract your peacefulness, go and clean your room if that is the take to a more peacefull mind, I literally cleaned and re-organized everything in the containers/personal spaces I have and it made things 90% easier.

    3) When falling asleep think only about the purity and softness of deep sleep and the high-quality sleep, NEVER EVER have any electronics, lights or enabled electronic devices be near you, if you really think about the possibility of someone urgently needing you during nighttime, then only enable notifications for people with whom you have talked with about total-emergency/urgency-like notifications during the time you are asleep. Basically do not lie to yourself and disable all electronic sources/lights/distractions that you DO NOT NEED, keep in mind that just checking out your phone for interest or using your phone as a replacement for alarm clock/natural wakeup intiuition is not a real excuse. Try to go to sleep and wake up as closely as possible in similiar timespans.

    4) Practice avoidance of videogames, TV watching, electronic use for non-proffesional/non-informational reasons. Basically if you have to use your mobile phone/computer for anything else than arranging a meeting, finding out information or for writting a very important school/university work avoid IT. Even if it means you have to wander around your house without a target and even if it gives you a feeling of lack of good means of free time spending, it is still better than tiring yourself in front of binge-watching yt videos or any other crappy activity. NoFap forums are a good place to surf when you have nothing else planned, but limit it to 2 hours maximum every week and eventually use it only for writting your logs or very important NoFap information.

    Pretty much these are the core-tips that can be used for sleepfapping avoidance and for strenghtening yourself during NoFap, as long as you remember my core-rule Nr. 1 you can make it through even when your mind is telling you completely different things about PMESO (Pornography, Masturbation, Edging Orgasm) if you religiously follow the rule Nr. 1 even when your mind is striking you with urges, you will not end up in a relapse in this situation. You control your hands, not your hands control you. Remember that.

    Another observation I experienced tonigt, is that you should not experience anger, sadness, frustation or annoyement, anxiety like 1 hour before going to bed, and while you fall asleep, as these emotions create a fast heart beat which is similiar to what you feel during arousal, therefore I woke up sub-conscious sleepfapping this night as I did not calm myself and it gives a false signal to your mind. Go to sleep as a monk, no negative, no positive emotions, just focus on the silence, fullness and constantness of the environment.
