Not sure where to post lol.. help!

    hi friends!

    Just completed 40days of no PMO :) I’m not sure what the best way is to continue to keep track, since I want to keep adding to my days and not join another 30/90/etc day challenge and start from 0.. but want to know what some of you would suggest is the best way to keep going! Join another challenge and post there, do a journal, ...?

    Congrats on 40 days! That's huge.:)
    You can either start a journal here or download an app that does the counting for you. Or you can do both!
    There are many but the ones i like are rewire companion and reboot.
    Those are on android. I'm sure there will be ones on apple store as well.
    So how are you feeling?!! :)
    I recently relapsed after 10 days. Currently on day 2, but im hopeful :)

    I would just keep replying to this journal and keep track of your progress here. This is an appropriate forum for you to do that, good luck!

    From 40 maybe aim for 90, then 180, then 365, then a lifetime!
