    Hi everyone, I'm an 18 year old male who's trying to do nofap. Where does this community stand on allowing Masturbation and orgasm without looking at porn? Is it safe for someone my age to never allow themselves to orgasm for up to 90 days?

    It's up to you. I would recommend abstaining from masturbation for a while, and then you'll see how you feel about it. Currently, I try to abstain from everything, but I'm not against masturbation by itself. Maybe I will be able to masturbate without porn some time in the future, but now I just don't feel this way. You're young, so abstinence will not hurt in any way.

    Go 90 days without then try to MO and see how I works. I’ve found there is a lot of trial and error. But stay away from P.
