Non-Porn Situations

    I do get aroused on porn and naked women, but here's the thing, I usually prefer getting off to girls doing ordinary things. My number 1 fetish is legs (not feet), but specially legs in skirts, I'd rather get off to some girl that I saw sitting on a bus, with her skirt short enough to show her thighs, but long enough to keep the mystery, than a naked girl or some porn stuffs. The worst case for this is when I can't get off during sex, so I imagined some girl that I saw in a shop with an above the knee skirt with her perfect legs and it did the trick.

    I know that this is obviously a pervy preference, but I just can't help it. I have searched the web for anything exactly similar to my case to no avail.

    Any tips or comments?

    You are using chicks' legs in skirts as a substitute for porn i.e. a p/sub. This is more powerful than porn in your case. o_O As you said, your arousal is greater with this preference than seeing a woman naked. That's why it's a mistake to assume that a p/sub has less effect than porn. At times, you're even running your own p/sub sequence in your head during sex!
    Yes, you can! You need to stop this. When such thoughts come to mind, you need to remove them instantaneously.

  3. He's right though, progress through nofap and normal feelings and behavior (including sexual) will appear, and the disgusting fetishes, or weird attractions will fade away.

    You can help these thoughts. Practice mindfulness meditation everyday. People who watch porn have a weaken frontal cortex in the brain, known as hypofrontality. Meditation in which you control your thoughts is one way to strengthen that. Use insight timer on your phone and look up breath of mindfulness meditation. It is really calming to just turn off for a little bit. It helps you beat this terrible drug.

    I think frogs2345 has a great suggestion. It is also important that you stay mindful though out the day so when you encounter someone wearing a skirt you can control your urges. While some might say that this is better than a porn addiction, I am not sure I agree. The reason is this particular trigger is in public view (porn can be consumed in private so no big deal if you have an erection). You are getting aroused (visibly?) on the bus or waiting in line which is an issue. Most likely there is also a voyeuristic component causing you to linger hoping to catch a flash of panties. The act of staring and getting caught could get you a black eye or if girl is younger (school girl uniform) could get you reported to the police.

    Another piece of advice - tell your sexual partner that skirts get you off. Role play, cosplay, dress up, fantasy - It is all healthy. I share your fetish for skirts and I told my then girlfriend, now my wife, and she dressed up in plaid skirt, no underwear and we went out to the pool hall for the night. Never been so excited in my life and she was part of it. Can't recommend honesty enough.
