    Today is my first day of NoFap challenge.I will go for 90 days without fapping!

    Good job getting started. Luck isn't the answer. You need determination and dedication to succeed. If you haven't already done so, please read the "getting started guide" available on this site's (noFAP) home page. It includes lots of helpful advice as you begin your journey to healing. Pay particular attention to the part about setting goals and keeping them fresh in your mind. Having a clear goal and reason of embarking on your noFAP journey will help sustain you. Luck won't.

    You can do this. So get going !
