    1. i'm nineteen now, i was sixteen when i started fapping, and i decided to stop about three months ago (still aged nineteen)
    2. i relapse many times before this streak, on average about two days between resets.
    3. i made this decision myself.
    4. 8
    5. initially, i was motivated by my desire to achieve ultimate peace within myself, but the other benefits i've noticed since taking up the challenge (people wanting to have sex with me, more energy etc.) have gradually made me more motivated, also.
    6. meditation, mostly. but also developing great tolerance and self-discipline beforehand is helpful.
    7. i've told two or three of my friends,. some are supportive, others think i'm pretty crazy.
    8. 9, pretty comfortable around strangers.

    0) I am Male
    1) I am middle aged. I first fapped when I was 16, first used porn when I was 20. I decided to stop about 6 years ago
    2) I have relapsed more than once. I've been able to hold out for no more than a month.
    3) This was my own decision
    4) Honestly 8/10
    5) My strongest motivator is how I see myself and how I want to see myself. I don't want my sexuality to be something that I feel I have to keep secret or which cannot bear scrutiny. My second strongest motivator is a specific goal. At the moment, it is 100 days clean. My third strongest motivator is that there are other people struggling with the same difficulty as me.
    6) This is my first fresh attempt in several years, but I have been successfully been staying away from junk food by allowing myself to imagine it but not act on satisfying the craving for it. I feel I may be able to apply the same strategy here.
    7) I don't want anyone to know I have this problem. I want the ones I love to know I don't have this problem.
    8) 1/10. Again, I don't want anyone to know I have this problem. It's not a secret, per se, but it is a private matter.
